What:  A "job training, alternative/outdoor education, employment, and youth development organization".  Their largest program is YouthCorps, four to six week trail building programs where members (10-12) eat, sleep, cook, camp, study environmental education, and work together.  

Who:  Programs exist for 14-15 year olds, and 16-19 year olds.  Additionally, a leadership development program exists for those 19 and older, and trail crew leader positions are open to those 21 and older.

Location: Based out of Eugene, Oregon.  Trail work is done throughout Oregon, Idaho, and Washington.

Duration: Range from 4 weeks to a full summer.

Cost/Benefits: There is a tuition fee ($225-$595), but members are paid between $675-$1250 for their work.  Assistant Crew leader positions start at $73 a day.
