HIDDEN VILLA SUMMER CAMP

The camp focuses on social justice, multicultural understanding, and environmental awareness. About a third of the campers are on full scholarship, the others pay to attend. Who: Hidden Villa employs those 18 and older. 14-16 year olds can participate in the bay-to-sea backpacking trip, and 16 and 17 year olds can enroll in the assistant counselor training. Location: Hidden Villa is located near Los Altos Hills, California. It is about 45 minutes from San Jose and an hour from San Francisco. Duration: Camp sessions are 12 days. Counselors work for ten weeks in the summer (mid June though mid August). Cost/Benefits: Camp costs $1000 for 12 days. Staff starting pay is $250 per week, which includes room and board. ![]() |
